Taken with the GF-1 and the Leica 45mm 2.8 lens. While I enjoyed the macro functionality I was not convinced by the general “look” of the lens. To some extent, this was due to the limited depth of field with F2.8 in combination with a non-full-frame sensor size. But more importantly, the center never seemed to reach the sharpness of the 20mm/1.7 Panasonic lens – a bit of a disappointment given the Leica branding. Now, all my hopes rest on the newly announced Olympus 45mm/1.7 lens.
